Natalie has over 15 years of experience placing partners, associates and counsel with Am Law 200 firms and high-end litigation boutiques in major US markets, including New York, Washington DC, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. She acts as a trusted advisor to General Counsels of early stage to public companies in growing out their legal team.

Natalie co-founded Marshall Rosenberg to do recruiting right. Her close relationships and up-to-date market knowledge combined with her career advisor mindset for candidates allow her to make the right match.

Natalie earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Cardozo Law Review, and her B.A. in Literatures of the World with an emphasis on Russian, English and Spanish Literature from University of California, San Diego. Before becoming a recruiter, she practiced as a commercial litigator at a midsize firm in New York.
